At Delta Creation, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns or replacements may be accepted under the following conditions.

  1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• Products with removed, damaged, or torn tags will not be accepted.
• Proof of purchase or order details must be provided.

  1. Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are strongly encouraged to record an unboxing video while opening the package.

The unboxing video may be required as evidence in case of:

• Damaged products
• Incorrect products received
• Missing items

  1. Accepted Return Reasons

Returns or replacements will only be accepted in the following situations:

• Incorrect product received
• Product damaged during delivery
• Missing item in the package

  1. Return Process

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Share your order details, photographs, and unboxing video (if available).
• Our team will review the request and respond within 3 business days.
• If approved, replacement or refund instructions will be provided.

  1. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used or altered.
• Product tags, labels, or packaging are missing, damaged, or torn.
• The return request is made after 7 days from delivery.
• The product is damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.

  1. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
